  Wave Types Report    
 
The Wave Types Report has been designed for use in team building, team workshops and management development. It is particularly appropriate for exploring the dynamics and balance within groups and reviewing the combinations of behaviour which drive performance. Note, type tools such as the Wave Types Assessment or the MBTI should not be used in selection. Please use trait-based tools for selection - for example, Identity, Apollo or Wave Professional Styles

There are four People Types and four Task Types which are based on scores from the four Wave Clusters: Adaptability, Influence, Thought and Delivery. The People and Task Types combine to produce a model of 16 types overall. This data is used to profile teams, groups and organizations. Using a more psychologically sound model and more psychometrically sound analysis than other type tools on the market, the Wave Types Report is leading the way in 21st Century Type Assessment.

In order to use Saville Consulting Wave competently, you must be appropriately trained. To be a qualified user for this tool, you need to have undergone either a Saville Consulting Wave training program or our Psychometric Assessment at Work Course or hold the BPS Level B certificate, and then undergo a one day conversion course.
