  The Saville Consulting Wave is based upon a validation-centric scientific framework known as the Performance and Culture Framework. Saville Consulting has provided the model in a set of cards which can be used to drive the assessment applications.  
 
  Wave Performance and Culture Framework Card Set    
 
Saville Consulting have presented their Performance and Culture Framework in a card set. The content reflects the behaviours, abilities and global measures which Saville Consulting's research has identified as key to driving performance and potential in roles, teams and organizations.

Performance Culture Framework

Card sort sessions provide an engaging, involving and interactive experience for line mangers, HR teams and consultants. They can be used to compare and contrast views across a wide range of applications.

The Framework is built around the Saville Consulting behaviour, ability and global measures, each represented on a set of cards. These are supported by a series of question cards and a choice of five rating scales.

Saville Wave Cube Model

The cards are packaged with a stylish USB flash drive which contains data collator spreadsheets (in excel format) and a User Guide. The Guide introduces the Wave Performance and Culture model and advises on how to facilitate effective 1-1 and group “card sort” sessions.

In order to use Saville Consulting Wave competently, you must be appropriately trained. To be a qualified user for this tool, you need to have undergone either a Saville Consulting Wave training program or our Psychometric Assessment at Work Course or hold the BPS Level B certificate, and then undergo a one day conversion course. If you missed the seminar presented in Hong Kong by Scott Ruhfus, MD of Saville Consulting Asia Pacific, you may register at our online learning centre to view the slides.
